Amazing quality meat and nice thick cut medallions. Very well packaged and preserved. It took me over a month to get to cooking it and it was very fresh and cooked very quickly even though it was frozen for over a month. I eat it medium rare which usually gives me food poisoning in Egypt but this was juicy and tender and had no after effects. Highly recommended.
